I had recently gotten married and my husband and I decided to move to a better school district for our children. The only problem is that I, like so many others, could not sell my home due to owing more than the house was worth. Ms. Jasleen had handled a short sale for my sister and she highly recommended her. My sister is very hard to please, so I knew that she must be good! I contacted her and within days, she came out, looked at the house, and we came up with a plan of action. I feel as though she handled everything, I barely had to do anything. She stayed on top of the banks and always kept me updated on progress. Whenever I got discouraged (the banks purposely make the process difficult), she would encourage me and keep pushing the banks. We eventually found a buyer and she handled the entire sale while interfacing with the banks.
