Hands down Jason Cheperuk is an amazing real estate agent!!!! My siblings and I are soooo fortunate in getting connected with Jason of the Exit Real Estate Team to help us sell our late fathers house in Mastic Beach. Our father passed away quite suddenly so we were all in turmoil. My father bought his house from his uncle and spent a lot of time there as a child so there was a ton a sentimental value that went along with it. It was a bit hectic and perhaps even traumatic to be dealing with our fathers estate accounts --- leaning on Jason to take care of our real estate needs during this process sure made it a lot less stressful to say the least! Jason was always calm, listening to our every request for information and advice. He was immediately responsive to our questions to help us in making decisions. He went above and beyond. It meant a lot to us through this arduous process and kept reminding us that we were not alone. At the closing, I was complemented on how persistent I was.
