Jason was wonderful to work with. He was professional and friendly. Always prompt getting me information as well as answering my many newbie questions regardless of how many times I asked. Overall, Jason was great! I went into the homebuying process with a very specific idea of what home I wanted. When I found a home that checked all my boxes, Jason helped me put a competitive offer forward that I was comfortable with. Whenever I pushed back on some of his recommendations, he did not pressure me into a decision, but was always clear with what he thought the implications of that decision would be. Ultimately, my offer was chosen on the first home that I submitted on. During the closing period, when a low appraisal came in and it looked like the deal might fall through, Jason worked with the seller's agent to help come to a resolution. He was always extremely responsive, and gave me solid advice throughout the entire process. I am relatively conservative decision maker, which made me pretty uncomfortable with whole homebuying process. Events tended to move quickly, and I could not have imagined navigating this process without someone like Jason to guide me.
