It was a great experience, Jason was real knowledgeable in avoiding the common mistakes a first time home buyer is likely to make. He helped us understand what we would be getting into with each house we looked at. I'd say his advice helped us prevent buyers remorse! Very happy, would work with him again. doorway2lyf reviewed Jason Dollarhide 03/22/2014 Helped me buy a homeJason was extremely helpful, and willing to take us to see multiple houses in one evening. Being a single mom with a single income he found the right mortgage for me that I could afford. Also the right price and location. I have been going to him for 10 years now for the littlest things such as just a question. He is always so pleasant and honest and hard working. And most of all he keeps up on all the loan changes the percentages and everything in between to help with each and everyone's needs and wants. Very knowledgeable and educated. Just a down to earth kinda guy that ain't out there to just gat a buck on a loan. I highly recommend Jason for all your real estate needs! Thanks Jason!! We were self-employed business owners, so our income looked good but our tax returns not so much..., I had given up hope until we came across Jason's add in the paper for home loans for the self-employed. We found a home and he was able to get us a loan. Happiest day in my life! muratore11 reviewed Jason Dollarhide 03/14/2014 Helped me buy a homeMy husband and I were having no success in procuring a home loan due to being self-employed. Jason's company was called "Miracle Mortgage" - and he was, in fact, a miracle! He knew exactly what to do and secured us our loan. We liked him so much we used him for a second mortgage loan. Our brother and sister-in-law also used him and so did our son. He's honest and knowledgeable - but we also consider him a good friend.
