He helped my husband and I sell (very quickly! honestly, in ONE DAY!), the home our family had lived in for 25 years, and he also patiently showed us many homes until we found our dream home, and at a great and very affordable price! He was always available to answer questions, and he made the whole process of selling our previous home, and buying a new one - so easy, smooth, and stress-free! The idea of listing our home was a stressful situation for us due to our personal circumstances. When I decided to buy a house, I didn't know much about it. I called and met with different agent, but some of them had some or none knowledge and responded slow. Jason was sending fast updates of market in minutes and contacted me, making sure I received it. Before I chose the house, he explained me a whole process of buying and how it works. Then he negotiated the price, which was droped, in result, $10K. Plus, seller paid closing costs of $7,500. It's really unusual in today's market situation, especially for newer homes. My wife and I are really happy with our purchase. We recommend Jason to all our friends and relatives. He's the best real estate Agent!
