Jason is great to work with. First he helped us buy a house and was very patient as we went through several houses some of them twice before we found the right one. He then sold our condo on the first day it was on the market for exactly what we wanted. We are so lucky to have Jason as our Realtor. Upon our first meeting he told us he knew exactly what we wanted and needed, and was going to find us a house no matter what that took. He reassured us that the VA loan wasn't a scary process and we were impressed with his military relocation certification and the number of veterans he found homes for. The night Jason showed us the house (that we purchased), we thought he could not have hand-picked a more perfect house for us. If I could rate Jason 6 stars, I would, his approach to home sales is flawless. The first time we met, we didn't talk too much about the sale of the home. First, he congratulated my family and I on our upcoming move and asked if we had any questions or concerns. After he fielded about 20 first-time home sales questions (it's my first time selling a home), then we started to discuss where improvements could be made, timeline, tasks, etc. But it gets better. Jason went above and beyond for my family and I. We were in the middle of a cross-country relocation, and the amount of commitment and ownership Jason displayed is second to none. Real estate agent, landscaper, project manager - he did it all. He also proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the sales process and real estate industry, citing different home buying trends, providing insight on different types of mortgages, and more. The finished product was a beautiful home that looked even nicer than when we moved in 12 years ago. Having made so many memories in that home, it was important to us that it presented well, and that potential home buyers could envision building their future in the very same home we were leaving behind.
