Jason did a great job! He was there if you needed him but didnt overstep early in the process while searching for homes. I have dealt with folks who constantly call and follow up but he took a more casual approach and it was appreciated. I was looking on my own and didnt need him to email me and call me and tell me to look. He went out of his way many times to help answer my questions or get me information I needed. He built a great 3 way communication between myself, the builder, and the lender and kept me up to date on critical events in the home buying timeline. Would highly recommend him!

Jason was amazing to work with. My wife and I were not sure exactly what type of house we wanted and in which town. School districts were an important consideration for us and he guided us towards the best ones in our area. Then we was patient with us as we looked at many homes, weighing the options each provided and whether we wanted to place an offer. We had our offer accepted on a property but that fell through due to issues with the seller. Jason handled all of the communication and prioritized protecting our interests the entire time. Then after more house visits we found another one that accepted our offer. He made suggestions on how to structure the contract so that it was appealing to the seller while still protecting us against major issues. When the home inspection did turn up an issue, we thought given this market the sellers would not offer us anything toward addressing it. But Jason negotiated a generous credit for us which sweetened the deal. Multiple agents that we encountered raved about working with Jason and we are so lucky we were linked with him through Zillow. You will not go wrong working with him!

Jason was very attentive and always returned calls and messages. He did whatever he could to get the deal done, including keeping the buyer at the table through some tense negotiations.
