Jason & Amber make a great TEAM. They each know their strengths and compliment each other perfectly! Amber, Jason and Ky helped us buy our home and were with us every step of the way to ensure that we received the best customer service. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and worked around our schedules. Whenever something was confusing to us they made sure to explain it in detail until we understood. We decided to make an offer on a house very quickly and they helped us get prequalified that day (which was a Sunday). They negotiated strongly for us and helped us save several thousand dollars off the list price in a sellers market!! We always felt that we were a top priority.

I would like to start by saying the Jason Gardner and his team completely exceeded our expectations. Jason is extremely patient and very knowledgeable. We were in a position in which our offer on a new home had to be contingent upon the sale of our existing home. From day one Jason assured us that he could manage the transaction without issue. Jason started by visiting our home and preparing a report which showed us what we could expect to sale our home for based on the current market conditions. Additionally, Jason generated a list of affordable updates he felt would help maximize our potential. At that point we began our search. Jason was very attentive to what we were looking for in a property as well as the areas we were interested in. He sent us listings that matched our criteria and did not try to push properties on us. He would check in about once a month to update our criteria and see how we were coming with the updates on our home. We greatly appreciated the fact that Jason really listened to what it was we were looking for. Ive made reference to Jasons patience above. This is because he worked with us for 13 months before we ever made an offer on a home and 24 months before we found the perfect property. This may sound like a long time, but please keep in mind we were looking for a specific type of rural property. The inventory was minimal and we had a very tight budget. That being said, Jason and his team were able to utilize their experience and resources to help us find what we were looking for. We looked at a lot of properties over a 24 month period. Jason was always accessible as well as flexible in accommodating our schedule. Jason and his team were great to work with throughout the entire transaction. Jason assisted us every step of the way from getting an offer accepted on the new home to promptly listing our previous home. The contingent upon transaction created several pressing deadlines as well as some unforeseen challenges along the way. Jason and his team remained solutions driven and were able to utilize their experience and knowledge to make the deal work. I cant say enough great things about what the Gardner Team was able to do to make our transactions a success. Thanks to Jason and his teams expertise and patience we were able to find the perfect home while staying within our budget. Additionally, with Jasons guidance we were able to get a premium for our previous home. It sold in 11 days! We have heard several stories of contingent upon offers gone wrong. I feel odd using 5 stars to rate a business because that equates to perfection in my mind. However the Gardner Team, on timeless occasions, has earned this in my eyes. Their attention to detail, quality presentation, and professionalism is the model of what one should look for in a realtor. I've seen them reach out to their networks when they are in search of specific inventory and in the case of our sale they were handling our details internationally. That means a 9 hour time difference and a technology based transaction. The process was quick and exceeded ever expectation. We sought to break even and found ourselves profiting beyond what we thought we could. In addition to that, this is the most altruistic realty group I've ever known. They have a passionate commitment to community. They always find a way to help the little guy, give to the less fortunate, and are champions for the heroes that are out there. If I had a place in Timbuktu to sell I would call them. If I know someone looking for the perfect place, it's the Gardners that I recommend.

We met with Jason yesterday evening for the first time. He was punctual, polite, personable and extremely perceptive of what we were trying to accomplish. He did not send anyone else, we did not feel too small to be worthy of his attention AND he kept a straight and friendly face while giving his "pitch" over the sound and sight of a screaming baby....
