When I decided to sell my home I chose Jason Gizzi as my Realtor for several reasons. I know of his work ethics, his honesty, and his enthusiasm. If you live in Delco PA then Jason is your man. He knows the area, he knows what sells and what doesn't and he knows what your house needs in order for it to sell quickly. Our house was on the market for only 3 days when it sold. He negotiates with buyers, inspectors, contractors, his team takes care of the entire process and keeps you up to date, and everyone is friendly, supportive and encouraging. When you meet Jason you may be like "Is this guy for real?" but trust me, he is! He and his team are exactly as advertised.

From the minute he had the green light to list our home he never looked back. He interacted with us the whole time, and gave us feedback on the showings, and ultimately got the house sold. I less than one month from us signing with Jason we were sitting at the settlement table. I recommend his office, and will use him in the future.

My house was under contract 45 min after brokers open! Jason and his team have many resources. Jason helped stage my house for the photos and had a lot of knowledge of the house structure its self. He also was able to recommend someone to help fix up some last minute things. I would highly recommend if you want your house sold as fast as mine!

Jason was AMAZING!! He was very attentive to my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the property and was willing to do what ever it took to make sure I was happy with my choice. He would answer my questions even in the evening to make sure I was well informed and gave precise details. I would highly recommend Jason to make your first purchase or next purchase. Jason and his team were phenomenal! This was the 6th house I've sold in my lifetime and it was hands-down the BEST experience ever! Jason is so knowledgeable and picked up on things that were easy, inexpensive (under $5!) repairs I could do prior to listing. He knew more than the appraiser or the home inspector. The house went on the market on a Tuesday and we had the signed contract by Sunday. I'm sure it was due to his pre-sell of the property, as well as his hard work and great personality. I only wish he could have come to NY to help me with buying my new house! I've already recommended him to friends and they are amazed at hearing my experience with Gizzi!!

We lived in our Darby home for 26 yrs , raised 2 daughters both college graduates & after my husband retired last yr. decided it was time for us to sell & look for our Forever Home! Jason came to our home, did a detail walk through inside & outside then sat down & listen to what we wanted & explained in detail his marketing plan to get our home sold along with what to expect from his team members which included Hailey & Lauri who were both awesome .Hailey Petransky was the 1st team member to reach less than a couple hours after we signed the sale agreement. She was always professional ,kind and available to assist us via Tex,email or phone day or evening and made our selling experience go smoothly. She is a definite asset to the team. Lauri Rowe aka Superwoman handled the appointments necessary to sell our home and the financials .I could call her anytime I had a question ( and I had a lot) and she was always willing to assist me know matter how busy she made have been. I'm grateful to them both. We had a few minor repairs that needed to be done and Jason even suggested a very reasonable person (Thanks Bill!) Our 75 plus year old house was sold in 5 days at full appraisal price which was a complete shock to us & a total blessing! The selling process has changed a LOT in 26th years but Jason & his team explain ever step and had patience with us anytime we had questions or needed a further explanation. We settled this past Mon. June 18th & we couldn't be happier that we are leaving our former home with a wonderful woman who repeatedly told us how happy she is that we sold to her. Impressive.. is not a strong enough for to describe Jason as he did exactly what he said he was going to do.We have now decided to continue with Jason & his team (Amanda looking forward to working with you & Jason ) on our new home.
