I was recommended to Jason by a neighbor who used Jason to purchase his home. When Jason came over he was very professional. He listed our house and in 3 days Jason had our home sold. I was very impressed on how fast our house was sold. I would highly recommend Jason to everyone i know.

Our experience with Jason was the result of a poor experience with another realty firm and agent.Within the first two weeks of our house being listed with the previous firm;1.We were told that our house was priced way above market. 2.We needed to lower the price substantially and immediately. 3.The house would never appraise for our target selling price.4.There was no way they would be able to come close to our target selling price. It was at this point that we decided to search for a new agent. After having the aforementioned less than stellar experience with the other realty firm, my wife and I reached out to Jason for help with selling our property and searching for a new home. From the start Jason presented himself very professionally and made a great first impression. After discussing our goals for the sale of our previous home and our needs for our new home, it was clear that Jason was prepared to work diligently on our behalf. Unlike our previous agent, our impression of Jason was that he was aggressive, knowledgeable, and considerate of our timeline in which we hoped to be in a new house.From the start, Jason presented himself with a sense of urgency to sell our house. We listed the house with Jason, and exactly two weeks after the listing went active we had an accepted offer for the price we originally wanted. The entire sale process progressed without any significant hiccups, and the house appraised contrary to what we were told by our previous agent.The next step, the purchase of our new house, went equally as smoothly. Once our appraisal came back on the old house, we were ready to make a firm offer on the new house. Jason navigated the offer process with tremendous determination even when faced with a difficult seller. He moved our offer through the steps, and within a days time our offer was accepted.Throughout the entire process of selling our previous home and purchasing our new home, Jason was outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone with the need to sell and/or purchase a home. An overall fantastic experience

Lots of issues n postponements due to lender n Jason was amazing throughout the process. I do believe that w/o his negotiation skills n follow through, we would not be in this house. Jason was one of the best realtors we have ever used. We are buyers located out of state and he was great about sending information we needed in a prompt and professional manner. When we arrived in town to look at properties, he was good about presenting homes that were both in our budget and in the areas we wanted. We put offers on two properties; one in which the deal fell through after inspection and the other which we ultimately purchased.
