Jason is a true professional. He is knowledgeable of the market and helped me sell my home in a short period of time. Jason got me the price I wanted. Jason initially assisted us with the purchase of a lot to build our new dream home on. During our purchase, Jason was very knowledgeable & helpful with all aspects of the purchase. With our successful purchase behind us, we decided that Jason was the right person to help us with selling our current home. When it came to list our house, he came prepared with what he thought our house should list for and the local listing to prove his decision. Any time we couldn't meet with him to sign documents, he would send them electronically. This was extremely helpful. He was always able to meet with us at a time convenient to us, and always responded to emails and texts in a timely manner. We cannot recommend Jason enough as a realtor. Very knowledgable of the area and is very responsive to e-mails and phone calls. Jason looked at several houses for me, took custom pictures and sent them to me within hours of asking for them. Gave his honest opinion of all the homes we looked at and helped my family and I through the whole buying process. I just transitioned out of the military after 10 years of service and Jason and his family helped me find a very nice duplex for temporary housing until we could close on our new home. Mr. Jarstfer impressed me from the start. Originally I was going to go with a different realtor and agent. When that person didn't show up for a scheduled appointment I was upset. Jason was persistent in at least talking to us and sent a personal note card to that effect. I decided to give him a chance. As of our first meeting we knew he was the one to go with. He did not pressure us, but was so pleasant. Through the whole process, he was always there to answer our questions. After signing with him, our house was on line the same day. He did a fantastic job in marketing our house. He made everything seem easy helping us along the way with necessary inspections we needed etc. No matter when I contacted him he responded quickly. I liked that. He is very knowledgeable in his field and after 2 days on the market our house was sold. I have recommended him to several friends already. Jason sold my parent's home back in late 2013. I needed to get some financial information about the sale, and 4 1/2 years later he produced the needed documents for me.
