15 years ago we moved to Ky and found Realtor Jason Jarstfer. He found a home for our family which at that time seemed too good to be true. The house was in a great neighborhood, location, 12 minutes to work and a huge backyard. Fast forwarding, March 2024, decided it was time to pack up which meant selling our dream home. Asked around for a realtor and no one responded. While searching for something in the home found Jasons book which he prepared for us when we purchased the home 15 years ago that included everything from the cost of utilities, surrounding schools, etc. Texted him and he responded right away. In less than 2 weeks a contract, which at that time it was in our best interest to decline. Jason told us not to worry.
