Our friends referred us to Jason after buying their first home. We know SEVERAL realtors in town and chose Jason to support us in the journey that is buying a home as a first time home buyer. We both work full time so we needed someone who was quick to respond to messages. We wanted someone who was okay with emailing, texting, and talking on the phone. Jason was always quick to respond which was very important to us. Jason scheduled an initial meeting with us to go over the home buying process which was really nice. After that everything flew by. We looked at a few houses and exchanged several listings via email. Jason was super flexible and met us after we got off work to look at houses and write offers. We met every night for a week straight. It probably wasnt ideal for him and his family but he did it for us. We appreciated that so much. We probably wouldnt have been able to make it work otherwise. Jason offered us quality referrals for inspectors and mortgage brokers. I LOVED our inspector. He was amazing. I also loved our mortgage broker. Just like Jason, he was always quick to respond to my emails and always got me the documents we needed in a timely fashion. We had an amazing team in buying our first home to say the least! I very much appreciated those referrals and how well everyone worked together. We ended up closing ahead of schedule even though we were trying to get financed during a government shutdown. Jason was always kind and professional even when I was stressed to the max due to all of the unknowns resulting from the short-lived shutdown. Jason did absolutely everything he could to make this process fun and run smoothly for us. I strongly recommend him as a realtor. He is a real person so he will be right there to laugh with you and feel all the feels. He is a great guy, but he also knows how to get the job done.

Jason really came through for us on a short notice. Was looking for a property and he had plenty of options. There were a lot of fine details that needed to be worked out. At every point he was on it and found the right people to get things done.

Jason has been wonderful to work with and his knowledge of the local market is very impressive. We purchased this property in Cottage Grove remotely as we live in Alaska. With the help Jason and new technology we were able to view property conditions in their current state rather than a staged photo. He listens and responds promptly to our request's and always gave us current housing data as often as daily as the market released new properties. We ended up buying our home and the whole process could not have gone any better.
