We loved working with Jason. He gave us a best estimate guess on how much to list the house for and we got no offers. No surprise-the place needed lots of TLC, Ended up with one offer which we accepted and closed about 5-weeks ago. Jason sheparded us through the whole ordeal, and what an ordeal it was. He walked us through many potential landmine fields that with our lack of real estate experience could have led to disaster. He showed the utmost patience and support throughout the travails of getting this house sold. I highly recommend him and his team for any real estate venture you may embark upon.

I dont even know where to start. Jim on the Jason Kraemer Homes Team is such an awesome person and was so helpful during our home search. The team definitely went above and beyond for us. Our first day of looking we went and looked at like 10 houses or so from Shakopee all the way to Chanhassen or Minnetonka. We didnt look at that many houses in 1 day again, but he was available when both of us were. And that was a chore because I was going back and forth between San Antonio and Eden Prairie for a few months there. We found a house and neighborhood that we love. While we hope that we dont need Jims services in the near future I would definitely work with him and The Jason Kraemer Homes Team again.

Jim Holmen was a great asset to my home buying experience. He was quick to respond to questions and kept us well-informed of all the steps along the way.

Jason was very knowledgeable about the housing situation in the Twin Cities. He suggested a series of fixes and touch-ups after my house was a rental for 9 years that dramatically improved the sales price of my house, and was up front about all of the costs that would be incurred. In the end, we were able to get slightly above the asking price of the house, and it sold in the first weekend of being on the market. I'd highly recommend Jason Kraemer and his team. Jason and Jim were very helpful with the purchase of our first rental property. Not only did they provide expertise in the real estate market but also provided insights from a financial investment standpoint.
