OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER! Absolutely the worst experience. Terrible negotiator as my 2yr old could have done a better job and she hardly speaks any words. Do not trust him with any home over 350,000. He is your typical list and flip realtor at best. Save yourself the money and find someone who will work for his 4%.
