Jason Needham

Jason and his twin sister are the youngest in a family of nine children from Middleton, Wisconsin. At a very young age, it was obvious that he was very sensitive and caring to the needs of others, which made counseling a great career choice for him. He went on to college and earned his Master’s degree in Counselor Education. Helping others has always come naturally for Jason, so after eighteen years as a school counselor, the transition to Realtor® seemed like a natural fit. Over the last eighteen years as a school counselor (many of those years were right here in Middleton, WI) Jason has dabbled in his own real estate ventures, since he first earned his real estate license when he was eighteen years old.
