- Jason never responded to my request
I'm a previous tenant of one of his properties listed in winter haven. In the lease it stated I was able to leave the property with 60 day notice. And when I moved out I left the house with no damages and completely clean, was told l'd be receiving my security deposit back within 30 days it has now been 60 days and still haven't received my deposit, and when I try to contact Jason Prieto about my deposit all I get from his assistant is that I need to speak with the homeowners. And when I speak to the homeowners they say that I need to contact the realtor Mr. Prieto. This has been a back and forth ongoing game they're playing. RENTERS BEWARE PLEASE. They will do everything to get you to rent one of their properties just so they can get paid and then they try to blow you off as soon as you rent or have any issues.
