Jason was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire selling/buying process. His communication is top-notch. I could always count on him to give us timely updates and he responded quickly with any questions we brought to him. He was great at providing all relevant information so we could make the best decisions possible. We also relied heavily on his vast knowledge and experience to help guide us through a challenging process. My wife and I also appreciated his sense of humor, which helped us through some stressful times. Overall, I dont think you can do better than Jason Quade as a realtor. We highly recommend him.

I was in the early stages of preparing my home of 30 years, to sell and make a long distance move to the beach! I didnt have a realtor, yet. I watched how quickly a home down my street went up for sale, went under contract, and sold. I said whoever that realtor is will be my realtor! The sellers of that house gave Jason a glowing recommendation. After my first phone conversation with Jason the process to sell my home progressed like a finely tuned machine. I appreciated the ease of using electronic communication, beginning with signing the contract, seller disclosure form, any quick questions I may have had and any information he wanted to pass on to me. Jason is a very knowledgeable, professional, friendly realtor. He saw to details particularly staging the photo shoot for absolute perfection for the public to see. He educated me every step of the way. Nothing slipped through the cracks, there were no delays on anything, and he always kept me informed on such things as timing on the contract to be sure buyer and seller were in compliance. I am praising the electronic communication, but know he is also great to pick up the phone and talk. He is a service oriented individual and there is nothing phony about him. He is the real deal and you will not regret having any dealings with him. He is a man/realtor I trusted 100%. I truly wanted to bring he and Marlo along to represent me, buying a new house!
