I cannot say enough good words about my experience working with Jason. As first time home buyers Jason and his colleague, Allison, were awesome at teaching us the process and ensuring we felt comfortable every step of the way. When we we found our dream home Jason made sure that even in the competitive market place as a buyer right now, that we would be able to secure the home we wanted. We ended up in a multiple bidding situation (10+ bidders) and sure enough Jason knew how to construct our offer so that we would win the bidding even though we were not the highest overall bidder! If you are looking for someone who will work day or night to ensure you get the home you are looking for or to sell your home at max price, Jason is hands down the best person I could imagine having on your side. He certainly has my business for life

Jason is an outstanding realtor, who went above and beyond to make our buying/selling experience exceptional. We spent over a year looking at houses before we found the right one. Jason is never pushy, and his background in construction was extremely helpful when walking through a house - almost like getting an instant pre-inspection for every house we walked through. Jason also knows the market incredibly well and would predict with remarkable accuracy what price each home we were interested in would go for (sometimes near asking, sometimes hundreds of thousands over). Once we found the perfect house, Jason worked quickly and skillfully to get us into our dream home. Simultaneously, Jason was working hard to help us prepare, stage, and sell our condo at a great price (above asking) to complete the big transition. Buying and selling in a single move is a challenge, but Jason made it happen!

Jason is a man of his word, he really honors his commitment. He is also very competitive on making offers. He is aggressive and willingly to put above and beyond his time/energy to win offers. He helped me win my condo by coming up with a strategy to put down a large deposit and I was able to beat the other offers and get my dream condo. He is really solid

Jason was truly amazing in every regard. I reached out to him when interested in buying a house and he was immediately available to show houses that same day. He arrived on time, introduced himself, and not only showed me the house I was interested in, but had printouts of 20 different for sale houses in the same town. Certain circumstances arose, and I needed to delay my house search for a few months and when things settled, Jason was back on the case with a new batch of houses. Once we settled in on a few houses that we were ready to make offers on, Jason worked with the property to get us answers to our questions in advance. He was masterful in both helping us negotiate (we ended up paying $10k less and had full new amenities, yard, and landscaping added) and pushing for us to get a slightly better, more elevated home in the same development.Jason responded timely (I swear the guy never sleeps!) regardless of the time of day, was always respectful, bought coffee when we were on several hour searches, answered questions, educated, and gave insight that his previous career as a builder helped him to know.Once we closed, both he and his assistant bought us a nice welcome package for our home and Champaign. If I ever buy a house again, or people ask me who I recommend, I will be using/recommending Jason Randall
