Jason has been a fabulous agent working on my behalf. He has been working hard to find the right investment property for me. His communication is prompt and thorough. He is open, honest and realistic. He is not focused on just finding a property, but rather focused on finding the RIGHT property for me. He is well connected with inspectors, contractors, and property managers. I would highly recommend Jason if you are searching for an investment property.

I have sold 4 homes and purchased 5 over the last 25 years, and have learned quite a bit along the way. For each of them I used a different realtor. I must say the last transaction on the sell of my home and the purchase of my current home was definitely the best experience with a real estate agent I ever had. Jason was not only super professional but he went above and beyond multiple times. He made himself available day and night and was answering my questions late on weekends.He was at closing of both the sale and purchase transactions to make sure everything went according to plan. During inspection of my new home he was also there and even arranged for the inspector to come back and do an extra check of roof because it could not be fully checked at the time of the inspection due to weather. When we were moving into the new home he was there making sure everything was going well. He stayed overtime with us and even brought us dinner since we were moving late at night. We really feel very blessed that he was our realtor and definitely plan on using his services again in the future. I learned a lot from Jason and would recommend him to anyone whos looking for a friendly, professional, hard working realtor whos always on your side of the deal and by your side when it counts.
