Jason is a complete professional! We've bought our first house in Denver, and Jason has led us through the process with confidence and humility! He arranged and took care of everything, viewings, contracts, walking us through each and every paragraph and explaining everything we didn't get (which was a lot!) He then set up a calendar of important events for us, and was ALWAYS on call, even for the smallest things! Not to mention that Jason was our guys on the ground in Denver, while we were finishing stuff up in SF! I absolutely wholeheartedly recommend Jason to anyone who things about buying/selling a house!

From the incredibly competitive market to the global pandemic to a crazy situation with our credit score that happened days before closing, we had plenty of odds stacked against us but through it all, Jason helped us stay positive and maintain perspective. His personable (yet always professional) nature and down to earth approach was exactly what we needed. He was never pushy and never imposed his opinion, but instead provided valuable professional insights and strategies to help us work through our own decision making process. He was always willing to think outside the box on our behalf and find creative solutions to give us an edge. It was clear from the start that his goal was not just to get us in a house and collect his commission, but to make sure that we were truly happy with the house we ended up in. My husband and I feel lucky to have found Jason and highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a new home.

Jason is an all star agent. He's attentive, responsive and always goes the extra mile. He had his work cut out for him as we were involved in THREE transactions at the same time. But Jason's exceptional organizational skills, calendar invitations and constant communication helped keep our timelines, deadlines and dates in order... it would have been a nightmare to keep track of without his help. Jason helped me recently purchase my first home and I could not be more happy with the experience.
