My husband and I had a great pleasure working with Jason Stricevich during purchase of our first house. Jason did an extremely great job assisting me in finding a home. He did it on short notice as well! I was in touch with him and within a day he was up in my town helping me visit homes to find out what was best for me. When I decided on my new house and wanted to make an offer he got it into the Seller's Agent the same day! He kept me in the loop on things I needed to know and helped take care of the whole process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a home to use Jason as your realtor! As a military family, searching for a new home after a big move can be stressful and entails a fair amount of difficulties. Our family relocated from Kansas to Washington State in the Fall of 2015. I corresponded with Jason before, during, and after we made our lengthy trek to our home of record. Jason took the time to familiarize himself with the areas that we requested and provided us with valuable information pertaining to local schools and current crime rates. We greatly appreciated his diligence and hard work. He literally when out of his way, commuting all the way from Kirkland, to come spend multiple days looking at houses. More than anything else, Jason made the experience fun. The ability to incorporate laughter into a stressful task made all the difference, especially for my Autistic son that absolutely enjoyed Jason. We were lucky enough to find our dream home in a timely manner. Jason skillfully negotiated price and timeline with previous owners. We got our dream home for a price that worked for our family. Even now, Jason still takes opportunities to follow up, ask questions, and compliment our renovation efforts. I would recommend Jason to anyone/family seeking to buy or sell a home.

Jason was very dedicated in helping me find and buy my first place. We looked at a few different condos in my prefered area with no luck, I just really had my heart set on one condo complex and of course nothing was available. I was getting a little discouraged being that my lease was almost up and really needed to find a place. Jason never gave up . A condo came available in my preferred complex Jason had the listing texted to me within minutes of it hitting the MLS . I was sold it was exactly what I wanted we put in an offer sight unseen . He was able to get the deal done before they had the open house . Very happy with my new place.

Jason has been extremely helpful throughout our search for the perfect home. He's been extremely quick to respond. He always makes himself available to look at homes when ever they come available or it accommodated our schedules. I feel badly, we've been occupying a lot of his nights and weekends recently. Jason really understands this is a major purchase and you have to love the house. He doesn't want anyone to have buyers remorse. He's been quick to answer any question we have and really has our back when it comes time to negotiate a deal. We feel complete confident he'll get the best deal; it felt like a tennis match this last negotiation. I strongly recommend Jason Stricevich. He will absolutely continue to be our real estate agent!
