Jason is a true professional, and goes above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. Jason was phenomenal during the listing and showings our former home and through the search for our new home. I have known Jason for many years, but of course home buying isn't something you do every day. He was great at answering ALL my crazy and random questions about the whole process(sometimes reexplaining too!). He was wonderful at learning our home preferences and at helping us to narrow down what we were looking for in listings by taking us to see properties in multiple locations and at prices at the bottom and top of or price range. He explains all the fees up front and has always been honest in his review of homes.

We can heartily recommend Jason Utesch to help you meet your real estate needs in Valparaiso and NW Indiana! We found Jason by searching Dave Ramseys website for Endorsed Local Providers for real estate when our mother passed away earlier this year. We needed advice and whether to invest in fixing up her house before selling it, or selling it as-is. Either way, wed also need help marketing it for sale. Jason recommended selling it as-is, which was the right call, and we had multiple offers right away. There was a small bidding war and we sold it for around $6,000 above the asking price. Jason was a big help in handling the marketing and other administrative requirements until closing. Fast forward three months and we were looking for a unique home to purchaseone that had a separate related living area. Jason was the obvious choice to help us meet our needs, this time as homebuyers. Again, he was very helpful in providing insight into the homes we looked at and ultimately helped us purchase a great house. The home inspection discovered a radon gas issue, and Jason was very helpful in working with the seller to resolve the radon problem. We cant adequately express how great it was to work with Jason. He was always quick to respond to our questions or concerns, and he truly understands the local real estate market. Jason was what made the house hunting process tolerable, he stuck with us even though we bid on multiple homes.
