Jay is a go-getter and a work horse. I had my house listed FSBO for a month on Zillow and Trulia. I got TONS of views on Zillow (500 views in the first 24 hours), and did an Open House every week, but only got a couple of offers (that were either low ball or fell through). Jay called me and said he could get my house sold fast, and still get me what I wanted out of it money-wise. After meeting with him, I could tell he was more motivated than any of the other realtors that had previously contacted me when I was selling FSBO. We signed with him, he increased the asking price by about 5%, and he had an above asking price offer in 8 days! Honestly, I have always been skeptical of real estate agents, thinking that I could do a better job myself and save the money. But Jay proved to me that he could get my home sold faster and for a higher price than I could do for myself. He truly earns his commission and offers something of value.
