Jay loves real estate because he loves helping families and feels a huge sense of happiness every time he hands someone the keys or put up the "for sale" sign. One of his favorite transactions that are dear to his heart was when he was able to help his parents buy their first home. Jay is passionate about giving back to the youth and appreciates that real estate serves as a financial vehicle to allow him to impact inner-city youth in a positive way.
