- Jay helped me buy a home
After firing my first agent, I was so excited when I was introduced to Jay. My biggest complaint with real estate agents is the overall apathetic attitude and lack of knowledge about the process. This was not the case with jay. Not only was Jay understanding of my specific needs and budget, but also showed a sense of urgency every time I had a question or concern. After having multiple bad experiences with real estate agents in the past, it was very refreshing to do business with a professional who always responded quickly and effectively to my needs. Additionally, Jay was very patient with me during the decision making process. However, Jay showed an uncanny ability to pressure the banks and the other people involved in my deal to get things done when it came to crunch time. I'm considering the purchase of an investment property now, and I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else! Jay is my guy!

Jay was consistently available, knowledgeable and supportive during our buying process. He prepared us beforehand on what to expect during our approval. He worked closely with the seller’s agent and kept us well-informed. Jay has also been available to answer questions after our closing. My husband and I will use Jay again if we have any real estate needs. We would definitely refer family and friends to Jay!
He is a very helpful agent where he gave his very best in finding the right house that will satisfy me and my family, always energetic and motivated where we made many visits to many different locations and in different zip codes at the end, I can say I am very please with being my agent Thank you Jay
