This is the first experience I've had with a realtor that didn't make me feel as if I was wasting their time and supported me and being unsure on Unit that I have seen also he was very honest and open about the Properties and even offered to call the property managers to get more details or answers to my questions being a caterer this is very important to me because this is the same way I treat the clients that I cook for it is a very personal relationship so I'm very appreciative we'll just why I wanted to leave this comment although I have not found a Unit yet I do know that I will find that Unit through Jay and refused to go through anybody else

There is no better Real Estate agent than Jay, 5 stars doesn't do him justice. I met him by pure accident when I wanted to sell my house, I felt I hit the jackpot. He sold my house rather quickly, he went the extra mile (or 2) and put a lot of time and effort into doing this. Not only is he an exceptional Real Estate agent, but he's a great person. When the time came and I was ready to purchase another home, I contacted Jay. Because he took the time to know me, he knew exactly what I was looking for. He only sent me homes that he knew I might like. He didn't waste either of our time showing me any house like some agents do to make a sale. I never once felt any pressure. It wasn't too long and he found me the perfect home, which I purchased. Jay looked out for my best interest in each case, it wasn't about making a sale, he cared that I was happy and comfortable with my choice.
