Jay and the team are amazing! They go above and beyond. I've known Jay for a few years and he's worked very hard to get us what me want. He's very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, picks up the phone every time we called, no matter the time. He also helped us out after closing. He truly cares about his clients. If you want someone that's going to take their time and really listen, Jay is your man/realtor. Donna, his assistant, is also very knowledgeable. They will answer your questions quick. You can't go wrong with Jay Hitz!!

After interviewing multiple agents, I felt that Jay was the most responsive and experienced. Additionally Jay had some great ideas regarding marketing my home and convinced me that he was indeed the agent that could get it sold. Thanks to Jay's patience and advice, I received a less than acceptable offer that eventually turned into a full price commitment from the buyer. Without Jay's advice, I surely would have "left some money on the table". While I'll be out of state on any future real estate transactions and will likely not be able to use Jay's expertise, I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in selling a home.
