Our family needed to find a home very quickly and sell our current home due to a job transfer. We found Jay and Michelle online. They contacted us in less than 15 minutes and the next day my wife was out looking at homes with them. It took about 3 weeks to find the home we wanted. Jay and Michelle helped us negotiate a great deal and there was a lot of competition. We closed in less than 5 weeks. They then listed our current home and did such a good job marketing the house that we received 3 offers after the first open house. We went with one, which fell out 5 days later. However, Jay and Michelle did not seem concerned as we went to the next back up and eventually closed with that buyer in about 6 weeks. They were wonderful. It was really stressful and we really felt that they had everything covered.

They came into our house a year ago to talk about our interest in selling our home. We were not ready at the time. We then received a copy of their book some months ago which talked about how they can get us more profit in selling our home. We have never received a book from a real estate agent.
