Jay was wonderful! From our initial meeting to the closing, Jay was always available to answer questions and help with all kinds of things! He was fair, professional, personable...and above all honest and ethical. If we ever buy again in the area we wouldn't hesitate to engage Jay. Our buyers used a big name realtor...and we all suffered through 3 different reps. Jay did everything on our side. My point? Bigger (realty offices) AREN'T necessarily better. Customer service at its BEST!
