Words cant even begin to describe what working with Jaylene has meant to us. This was our first time and we decided to go the new build route. We were matched with Jaylene on Zillow and it was a blessing. She went to the ends of the earth to make sure we were happy and helped us find the perfect home in the perfect area. She was with us every step of the way from contract signing to walk throughs to the sign of Escrow to us getting our keys. We kept in touch through the entire process and she helped us keep in contact with the builder if we had questions and the mortgage company. Never once did she pressure us to do something we didnt want to do or buy. Jaylene is the most caring realtor and person. My husband and I couldnt have done this without her. I was on a frantic house search for three days in the beginning of May. Jaylene was wonderful to facilitate me seeing all the houses I was interested in seeing.
