I obtained my Real Estate Brokers license in 1996. I really enjoy working on behalf of buyers. It is really fun to find the perfect property. Securing a property should be an exciting experience. That means getting into as much detail as possible as what the perfect property looks like to the buyer(s). That way, there should not be a laundry list so to speak of properties to see that may not be desirable. The candidates should be selected on the basic of exacting criteria. At the request of the buyer(s) I will do as much previewing and re-viewing of properties as requested or needed. As a seller's agent, it really is important to me to make sure that the property is properly positioned for a successful sale.
