As a first time home owner, I had no experience in purchasing a home. Ive read books and articles to gain as much knowledge as I could, but felt I was still lacking. I feel very lucky to have met Jayson Hooshmand. Jayson has the experience, knowledge, and temperament to successfully close the deal. I was scared when I first started looking at homes for sale. I did not want to rush into a home that I wasnt 100% sure about. Jayson was patient and actually listened to me when I told him what I wanted. I started receiving updates of homes that met my criteria and it took a lot of pressure off me knowing I had someone on my team, dedicated to finding me my dream home. The day I found my dream home, we had just finished looking at potential houses. Jayson notified me of a home that was coming onto the market. The sellers had posted Saturday and Sunday open house which meant I would have to be the best offer and still get the home for a reasonable price. I placed an offer and after the weekend passed we were the first choice. From the beginning to the end of escrow, Jayson was on top of everything that needed to be completed to ensure a smooth and successful close. Everything I wanted fixed from my home inspection was taken care. I couldnt be happier for how well it went. I know Ive found a realtor that I can trust and will use for any future realty needs

Had a very easy experience dealing with Jayson Hooshmand on selling our Sherman Oaks house. It sold in less than 24 hours without even getting a for sale sign on it. We were very happy with the selling price that Jayson suggested. We had a 30-day escrow and all paperwork was completed with a week to spare. The house was bought as is at our asking price.

Jayson was great! He was very responsive and right on top of everything. He really goes the extra mile and cares about his clients. He was able to help us relocate from the Porter Ranch Gas leak issue which had very specific requirements. But even though there were such stringent guidelines, Jason was able to find a home for a family of four with two cats and a dog not easy to do! Thanks Jayson!

Jayson was extremely responsive throughout my search for rentals. He was quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails with as much information as he had. Jayson was great about last minute showings and made himself available as needed. He showed interest in helping me find my temporary home and was successful in securing a great rental. He is personable, friendly and honest. He tried to negotiate rent however was unsuccessful due to the high demands of the rental market. HIs knowledge of the SF Valley area was great and reached out to colleagues to expand the search when needed.
