Jazmin has been amazing with us throughout our journey, till we finally got the property. She was amazing every step of the way, specially with the current market conditions and outrageous bidding everywhere. We were completely involved in the process , never felt like we were remote. We recently had the pleasure of working with Jazmin Derby when looking for our new place to call home in Burleson, Texas! All throughout the process of looking, then choosing a new build frame only house to the closing day almost two months later Jazmin was there quickly handling any and all issues that arose! She frequently visited the home and sent videos and pictures of the building progress! She stayed in consistent communication with all parties involved in the build along with all the parties on lending and title side! My fianc and I began working with Jazmin in March 2021. We were nervous as first time home buyers and pretty clueless of the whole process. Jazmin got us on a zoom call immediately and explained everything in detail and assured us that she would walk us through thoroughly step by step of everything and that she did from beginning to end. She made the process smooth and painless and was always patient. Even with set backs and pauses where my fianc and I had to take a step back and fix some things on our end, she was still so patient and always checked in on us to make sure we didnt need anything and always moved at our pace, never pressured us. I really liked that she was always very direct and honest with us and I never felt that she was just in it for a sale, she was always so open about everything, up front and genuine with any input or opinions. She educated us along the way and kept us informed with necessary details, we were always in the loop. Even after some let downs and declined offers she kept my fianc and I positive and motivated that we would find our dream home. She went to bat for us and negotiated every deal until we were officially in our dream home. Even after closing she still checks in to make sure were okay.
