Jean-Paul was the realtor my wife and I recently used on the sale of one property and the purchase of another in San Francisco. He has been extremely helpful and nice and couldn't have done better on both transactions. I could not recommend him more heartily. He is patient, good with details, prompt, expert, responsive, caring, persistent and has good values (he worked in urban planning for the city and has also done governmental/legislative work) and a terrific understanding of the local markets and planned changes. His advice has uniformly worked out. His staff is excellent too. He has done a miraculous job for us on both of our transactions. He was able to understand our true needs and requirements and provide excellent advice based on our preferences; he was even able to help clarify those preferences.I don't often endorse realtors. Jean-Paul is just a gem.

He executed against the marketing plan quickly and efficiently and guided us wisely through the offer process. We closed quick and relatively painlessly because he was able to address any issue as it arose.
