Jean Royster and Annie Lenzke are the best realtors I have ever worked with, bar none. My husband and I have bought and sold many homes, have owned rental properties and done several real estate projects, so we have been exposed to quite a few brokers and sales persons in the process. However, design expertise is one thing, getting a property sold in a hostile market is another. We were sitting on pins and needles waiting to see what would happen next. And, wow, we were not disappointed! Jean and Annie brought us a pre-approved buyer, very close to our asking price with two possible back up offers waiting in the wings. Our property closed in record time with no problems and we all breathed a sign of relief. I cannot adequately describe what a positive experience we had working with Jean and Annie. They are the personification of efficiency, dedication and professionalism. And besides that, they are two of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to know.
