Jeane was very personable from the moment we spoke on the phone. We hit it off! We drove from Albuquerque and met over the weekend. She took time on a holiday weekend to look at homes. When we had to go back to Albuquerque without finding a home we knew that we could count on her to continue the search for us and find us the perfect house. Which she did!

We met Jeane at an open house. She was gracious, friendly and very accommodating. From the day we met until the closing on our home, there was nothing she did not do to assist us. Considering this was a long distance transaction, there were several phone calls, e-mails, etc. She responded immediately to any inquiry we had no matter the time or the day. We found her to be very knowledgeable about the home and community. She guided us through the closing process in Arizona and made everything associated with the purchase of the home as easy as possible for us. We would recommend Jeane to anyone who was in need of a real estate professional.

When something was discussed she always listened to what we had to say first, what we needed was always a concern with her-communication was top notch! So glad we found her now and had such a delightful experience.

She is so thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. And, the best part is that Jeane is so much fun! She has a great sense of humor and makes the stress of finding a home so much less. You actually WANT to keep searching! She does a great job of pointing out the potential benefits of a home as well as the possible problems. She does a lot of preparation and research before presenting the list of homes to visit. She listens to what your needs are and carefully tries to find the best fit. Jeane never rushes you and lets you look at your own pace while still keeping the momentum of finding a home going. She is amazing with dealing with owners and agents in the search and especially the follow-up and ensuring contracts, paperwork, and all the details are properly executed. She is VERY knowledgeable about landlord-tenant laws and all Arizona and federal requirements for purchasing as well. You truly get the whole package. I did not worry for one second about whether or not we had everything in place for a proper lease. When our time comes to purchase a home again, there is only one choice for us. We have worked with several realtors in several states over the years. I honestly cannot compare one of them to Jeane. While we always got results, I always felt they were only a conduit of business and didn't see me as an individual client. Jeanemakes your experience personal and you always feel like her top priority in any interaction you have. That is an exception to today's rules for sure!Jeane made SURE that she would do everything in her power to try and keep us in our favorite area even though there wasn't much inventory. When I went off the rails in desperation and tried to look in areas that were not in our best interest all around, she very professionally helped reel me back in and kept us reassured that we would find something great for our family. Jeane will make sure that the process of buying or renting will be as painless and professional as possible. You will never wonder if she is on your side. You will never worry that she will help you find the best fit and deal for your situation and that all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed.
