Jeanine Wood

We highly recommend working with Jeanine! Our journey with her was a long one and she was amazing throughout. It took us quite some time and many house viewings for us to narrow down what we did and did not want. From start to close she was responsive, resourceful and always available for our inquiries and concerns. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with her and we are very happy we were able to get the land we wanted to build our dream. Even with challenging sellers and circumstances, Jeanine went above and beyond for us. We have already recommended her to close friends buying an investment property and would most definitely recommend her again. Im sure we will be working with her again for future investments as well.

Jeanine is very professional. She always called me back promptly when I had a question or concern. I was very confident in her abilities. She was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend her very highly.

Jeanine is an outstanding realtor and a great person! She values integrity and is a great negotiator. She took the time to ensure we got what we needed when we purchased a home in Venice, FL. We got a great deal on a home we love. I believe the sellers also got a fair deal too. Would highly recommend Jeanine to anyone needing a realtor in Florida!!

Jeanine is great to work with! We worked with Jeanine on a vacant land purchase. She is a professional who is very helpful and knowledgeable about the region.Jeanine was efficient in responding and exciting the transaction and look forward to working with her in the future.

Very responsive as issues or questions arose. Scheduled tours very quickly. Very easy to work with and professional. Prepared all paperwork in a very timely fashion.

From our first call , about a year ago, until last week when we closed on our new home Jeanine made our experience enjoyable. We had made several offers and looked at several properties and each transaction was handled professionally by Jeanine. If you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell , we highly recommend Jeanine! Jeanine turned a difficult market into a successful purchase !!
