Jeannie - was amazing! I've used several realtors in the past and I felt like I needed to do a lot of the work for them to see a result. She did a fantastic job of helping to stage the home, provide feedback and get the pricing setup - even helped to work through the appraisal and inspection process working with the buyers. Jeannie Ally is an excellent realtor. We meet with a couple other realtors before we meet with Jeannie, and we could tell a difference right away. She is polite, honest and was very prepared. She had comps ready for us and three different price levels that she recommended to us for a starting point. We started getting showings after the first couple of weeks on the market. With Jeannie's help we had a contract on our house in 48 days. She advised us through the entire process and was always there if we had questions.
