We trusted her to help us make important decisions and our trust was very well placed. Fifth, since she's a native to ABQ, Jeannine has a lot of practical knowledge about, and a great deal of resources in the Albuquerque area. Whatever we asked, Jeannine had the answer. Rules about keeping chickens in Albuquerque? No problem, Jeannine found them out. Questions about flat roofs versus metal ones? Jeanine was knowledgeable about all types of roofs. If she didn't know an answer she did the research. When it came time to get work done, we used all the companies she recommended for everything from inspections to repairs and were never disappointed. Finally, Jeannine is just a super nice person who I instantly liked and respected. I think that's a really big extra bonus, since you wind up spending a lot of time either driving around looking at property or emailing, texting and calling your agent. You want it to be someone who makes it easy and pleasant to communicate with them. For all these reasons, I highly recommend Jeannine Dilorenzo if you are buying or selling in the ABQ area.

Wouldnt use anyone else. Jeannine was very patient with us since we were firm on what we were looking to buy. She would always finds homes for us to view and would always schedule viewings that worked on our time.
