My husband has dementia and he wanted to winter in warm weather, so I searched the internet and located homes that I thought were acceptable. Jeene listened to my criteria on a lengthy previsit telephone conversation and previewed all the homes prior to my arrival. Due to her networking and knowledge of the Stuart real estate inventory, she located the residence we purchased, which I had rejected online. She orchestrated the home inspection, scheduled the settlement with a very reputable real estate attorney and even performed the walk through via skype the day before settlement. After settlement, knowing the condition of my husband, she arrived with groceries to give me time to get him settled in our new residence.
