Selling a home can be a very stressful experience, so we made sure we interviewed several Realtors before we unanimously chose Jeff Bollinger. From the first day we sat down together until the day of final settlement, Jeff's guidance, experience, and support was exemplary. He and his staff did a great job of keeping us educated and informed as we moved through the process. We also greatly appreciated his recommendations of skilled vendors to assist with several necessary household preparations and he provided the valuable services of a professional staging advisor and a great real estate photographer. Once we were officially on the market, Jeff and his team worked diligently to get our house sold. Within the first week we had offers coming in and ended up with a "bidding war" which really showcased Jeff's expertise in negotiations! The final settlement process went very smoothly and we were able to accomplish most of the paperwork remotely, which was very much appreciated as we had already relocated to another state by that time.
