I have dealt with a few realtors over the past 5 years and, by far, Jeff has been the absolute best! He is very knowledgeable, outgoing and very positive. He even gave me tours of each town I was interested in which made house hunting in a new state very exciting and it helped me pick the perfect home in the perfect town!Once we found the perfect home for me, he helped me through the entire process of negotiating the contract, finding the perfect loan, and even homeowners insurance. Even when I started freaking out and stressing, he calmed me down and helped me by guiding me through each step!! You should starting advertising for emotional support realtor, lol!Having the right realtor is extremely important when buying a home and Jeff is the perfect man for the job.. Call NO ONE ELSE !!!

Jeff made us feel top priority. We were able to contact him directly and get immediate responses at all hours. We would not recommend any other agent. What we appreciated the most about Jeff was his honesty. Blunt, yet kind. He didn't cut corners or sugar coat anything.. it was either meant to be or it wasn't. In the end we walked away with a new house and a new friend! If you want a real "go-getter" to help you find the right house then Jeff Guthrie is the one for you :)

Jeff helped our family find our first home in the school district and neighborhood we were looking at. He helped us with deciding what offers to put in and his understanding of the sellers' agent was extremely helpful. His local knowledge of the agents, inspectors, government agencies, etc. was a huge asset in moving the process along. As first-time home buyers we had so many questions and any time we texted him or called he was quick to answer, or do some research and let us know what he could find out. Even our loan officer told me how much she has enjoyed working with him and that he has been so communicative, professional, and efficient.If I could give this review more stars I would... 5 ****

Want a realtor who is the best of the best? That is what you will find in Jeff. We have some experience working with realtors. This was our 3rd home purchase. Before we found our new home with Jeff we went out looking with other agents in other states. None compared to Jeff. Much to our appreciation Jeff is not pushy, nor does he pressure potential buyers. It took me some time to find the right house, Jeff was patient throughout this process.Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and very responsive to his buyers needs, questions and concerns. He takes the time to help you through every step of your home buying process. We highly recommend Jeff, he is a wonderful realtor, and a fine human-being
