Let me start my review by saying if you are in the market to purchase a home I highly recommend Jeff as a partner and a valuable resource . My wife and I became acquainted with Jeff as we pursued buying our first home which we closed on in March, it was the best decision we have made. We were very uneducated on what is involved in buying a home and that made us nervous, however Jeff made it so easy. He made it comfortable while looking at properties, explained the details, guiding us through the procedures and kept us informed through the whole process. His personality and character make him approachable, patient and kind. Not only was buying a home the best decision we have made, having Jeff work with us was a choice that made it even better.

We have been extremely pleased with all the services that Jeff provided for our family and will not hesitate to recommend him. He helped us sell our condo and buy our current home. With our condo he worked with our difficult schedule which took a lot of the stress off of us. He gave us a lot of advice in selling our home and we were very pleased with the end result. It took a while to sell our condo due to the market conditions but he never made us feel like we were a burden. In buying our new home he was also very knowledgeable about local conditions. He listened to what we wanted in a home and always kept this in mind but also helped us look at possibilities we hadn't considered. We never felt like he was a pushy salesman, rather a friend that knew and remembered what we wanted and needed. He also helped us stick to our budget and never pushed us to homes we couldn't afford. Thanks to his email updates with newly listed houses, we found our new home and were able to put and offer on it within a few days of it coming on the market. Our offer was actually the second offer on the home but because of Jeff's expertise and clout, our offer was accepted. During the process of buying and selling, Jeff recommended several other professionals (mortgage brokers, title companies, and home inspectors) that we were very pleased with and felt we could trust because he has done business with them before. And even though we closed on the home a few months ago, he is still helping us with a few issues the previous owners were responsible for resolving. So just because we closed the deal, Jeff has not walked away. We trust Jeff completely to be honest, helpful, and competitive and recommend him 100%. You won't be dissatisfied.
