8/21/2020 2nd time around working with Jeff and Nancy and still can't say enough about them. Two years ago we bought a house with them and had a great experience and this time we are selling and buying a new house with them. As always, they are so helpful and knowledgeable about everything throughout the process. I am still relatively new to home ownership so sometimes don't even know the right questions to ask. They always know what to do and get things done. The market is so hot right now so it's necessary to see properties quickly and they make every effort to make that happen. We are so lucky to have been able to work with someone who is so honest and knowledgeable. Would recommend the Hauth team to anyone who is buying or selling a home!

4/21/2019 - Amanda SMy boyfriend and I moved to Reno from out of town recently and were unfamiliar with the area. We decided to start looking into purchasing a home. As this is our first house, it was a new process to us that could cause some anxiety. This process was the complete opposite with Jeff and Nancy Hauth as our realtors. We had an idea of what we were looking for as far as features in a house and location setting. We looked at a few houses and the third or fourth house ended up being "the one." We just moved in this weekend and are in absolute awe with this beautiful house. Jeff and Nancy are a wonderful team together and compliment each other. They were extremely accommodating working with our work schedules as much as possible, keeping an eye out for properties that we may be interested in, answering my many questions. They were very thorough, friendly, and real. They explained the process to us and we couldn't have asked for better real estate agents.

4/5/2019 - Reginald S.Jeff and Nancy have been straightforward, energetic (while not being high-pressure), and a delight to work with. I am a buyer from the east coast. Spending money and time to fly out to Reno wasn't really something I wanted to do. I have some experience working on my own home. The thought had crossed my mind to buy a home in need of some work to save money. Fortunately for me, The Hauth Team, along with their broker with Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate really pushed to have me have a personal look at the property during the inspection time (which they had set up on my behalf). As it turned out, this property was more of a project than I had in mind. During my visit to Reno, Jeff and I dropped by Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate office to regroup. We planned out and visited 3 more properties (in addition to the one Jeff, Nancy and I visited near the original property). Unless you are independently wealthy, you understand that buying a property ultimately involves a compromise between wants, needs and resources. Thanks to the patience, professional knowledge and experience of The Hauth Team, I was able to enter into contract for another (in my mind) far more desirable property. When my circumstances allow me to purchase a more expensive property, I look forward both to working with The Hauth Team to sell my existing home and find my next home.

1/24/2019 -Rick SJeff and Nancy helped guide us through the process of finding a new home in the Reno area. We were extremely impressed with their knowledge of the area and the local real estate market. Equally impressive was the time they spent with us to take us around the area, patiently explaining market trends, the homes, and the real estate process. Highly recommend the Hauth team; for excellent customer service and superb follow through.

11/27/2018 - Dina MMy husband & I hit the Reno jackpot! We got Jeff & Nancy Hauth to help us purchase our second home in the Reno area without ever leaving Los Angeles. From the first step to the very last they were professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. They found equally professional people to do the home inspections and appraisals. They worked seamlessly with the mortgage broker and gave us excellent advice & honest opinions when asked. I can't say enough about how responsive they were to our calls; helping us with our questions and any explanations needed along the way. If you want to feel that you've purchased the home of your dreams and made two good friends along the way the Hauth Team is the only game in town.

11/14/2018 - Wayne DFor the first time in 59 years I stopped leasing nice places and bought a home at Del Webb in Somersett. Jeff and Nancy stayed with me for HALF A YEAR staying in contact and sending me photographs / listings showing exactly what my parameters were. They even knew I had 2-3 other Realtors working with me and while the others dropped out due to my perfectionism and picky in homes I like (geography, peace and quiet, certain layouts, certain modern-ness, etc.) THEY STUCK WITH ME through thick and thin.They drove from a long distance and met me at a few homes, and on the 4th home showed... THAT WAS IT !!! Of some of the nicest penthouses I leased on the beach in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, this place was just as nice and only $398,000. The VA Loan was $0 down and $3,500 closing through Wells Fargo. It was a harrowing one month process but Jeff and Nancy stuck with giving me information and soothing my nerves, and ALWAYS answered the phone every single time.Jeff and Nancy GENUINELY CARE about my feelings and needs, and still follow-up with how things are going and... while I was going to buy them a gift for their help, they in turn bought me a large gift card for Home Depot (my ultimate favorite store) and a nice candle that they chose with care.I got teary eyed with happiness and I'm a tuff guy. But Jeff and Nancy CHANGED MY LIFE FOR THE BETTER. I cannot express more in words how WONDERFUL and MAGNIFICENT they are as Realtors and Human Beings. I'm inviting them over for a Vegan dinner prepared with love in my awesome kitchen.
