We recently purchased a home using Jeff Kattrein as our buyer's agent, a home we would never have been able to get our hands on were it not for Jeffs help. Previous realtors we have used were all decent enough, but none of them ever went the extra mile. Jeff does. He is extremely responsive no matter whether its by phone, text, or e-mail (so glad we found a realtor living in the 21st century!). Hes very knowledgeable about all processes of the home buying process, and whatever he cant tell you on the spot he will investigate extensively and get right back to you. What we love is that he takes initiative: finding houses, jumping on new listings, letting you know about any issues, being on top of what has to be done (mortgage, inspections etc.) and most importantly, he constantly keeps you in the loop about developments. Above all, were glad to have found a realtor who is great to work with, having the perfect combination of knowledge, punctuality and just having a great personal connection. We will never use another realtor in this market.

Jeff Kattrein is THE MAN! My wife & I just moved from MA to the Sarasota, FL area. As you may imagine, this could be a very difficult and stressful situation. However, Jeff was with us every step of the way! When we initially considered building a home; Jeff spoke w/ all of the builders, visited lot sites, provided us with all of the relevant info and even sent us video footage of the area! We decided to forgo the build and search for an existing home and Jeff was not discouraged in the least. He was more than happy to gather all of the information about the numerous homes we were interested in. When my wife and I flew down to FL to tour several homes, Jeff cleared his entire scheduled and dedicated the week to us! Jeff is super friendly, knowledgeable, easy-going and courteous (my mother simply adored him)! When it came time to make an offer, Jeff quickly ran the comps to assure we did not pay more than the fair market value. We could not be happier with our buying experience and we love our new home! Jeff sought me out and I am glad he did. He is professional, competent, responsive, thorough, knowledgeable and fast. I have dealt with many agents in the last thirty years and Jeff has to rank at the top of the list. I found that Jeff correctly and immediately interpreted my needs; his research saved me many hours. Jeff assisted my husband and I to find our forever home in Florida. My husband is a Veteran and we were utilizing a VA Loan which can make finding and purchasing a home a wee bit more complicated than a regular conventional Loan. ***Our house sold in only 6 days after being on the market, much thanks to Jeff!*** Jeff is one awesome guy! He was our realtor for a couple years, as we were looking on and off at homes until we felt the time was right. He was patient with us through it all, from the time we looked at the first house until the closing date AND BEYOND! We've had to relay messages with the buyers of our home, and the sellers of the house we purchased, Jeff has facilitated communication with no issues.
