Jeff Kucic

Jeff worked with us through every step of the process making the sale and closing of the home as easy as possible. In my opinion, he went way above and beyond to expedite any/all issues found during the inspection to the satisfaction of the buyer. He and his team are top notch in my book.

Jeff is professional, extreamly knowledgeable and knows the market. Sold our home in 1 day. Really smooth process, from start to close. He had all the contacts from staggers, to repair contractors which made it so easy on us. All matters handled with professionalism. We would definitely recommend Jeff and use again for any home sale needs.

Jeff and his team have helped us with 3 real estate transactions. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows what will work and what doesn't. He is extremely responsive, usually within minutes, whenever we wanted to act quickly on something or if we had questions about something. You will NOT go wrong with him or anyone on his team!!

Jeff was great to work with. He was able to educate us on the property and was a huge help in determining if it was the right house, right location, and right price. We were very happy with his communication and attention to detail.

Jeff was the perfect realtor for our home sale. He was available when we needed him; his network of contacts was excellent; and most importantly, he communicated with us with both the good news and the information we needed to hear. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone who is in need of an excellent realtor to help though the sale or purchase of a home.
