Jeff was great and without him we wouldn't be in the house we are today. He had the unusual challenge of helping us purchase a piece of land to build on and helping us with the unique challenges that brings. He hooked us up with other professionals including a land planner that were of great help. We had challenges with legal issue with the land that he also guided us through. Finally when under a deadline to sell our house, at a very bad time of the year to sell, he found a way to sell our house at close to our asking price. I can't recommend him enough. He is tenacious and always helpful in dealing with the bumps and stress of the entire selling and buying process. If you are looking to buy land he also has strengths over your typical agent.

Jeff was great in helping us sell our home and buy property to have our dream home built. He was honest and forthright and didn't pressure us to drop the price when it didn't sell immediately. He helped us through the inspection process and getting contractors to fix little things that needed to be done to close on our house. He also helped us deal with some sticky situations with the property we were buying. He hooked us up with a land planner who then helped us navigate an issue with the neighbor who encroached on the property. Jeff always 'knows a guy' who can help with just about anything! We had a great experience and the Monebrakes are just great people. We didn't know him or his family before we contacted him, but we gladly call them friends now.
