We have used Jeff as a realtor for a few different house transactions over the past years. Hes a great realtor with expertise in the field. His communication is clear, his suggestions/direction for selling got us more for our homes than other realtor suggested. His dedication and time spent negotiating and making sure that our needs were met and exceeded was evident- hence the reason we used him multiple times. Jeff is personable, honest, hard-working and is someone we would certainly trust again as a realtor.

10/18/2019 - kurtbp58Jeff is a great real estate agent! His knowledge of everything related to housing is incredible. I am not a person who knows exactly what I want up front and I am also easily swayed by ascetics (whether good or bad). Jeffs knowledge really helped us hone in on what was important, what wasnt as important as it seems, and what things are easily changeable. His extensive knowledge of home renovation really helped us understand how any projects in houses we were looking at may go, how much they may cost, and when something was just simply unfixable. He was able to figure out what we were looking for before we even figured it out. I would highly recommend Jeff to anybody buying a home - especially those that dont know exactly what they are looking for up front.
