Jeff Stainer did an outstanding job of selling my residence in Naperville, Il. From day one he started by recommending things I needed to do to make my house the most presentable. He was extremely responsive 24/7. He helped me with finding contractors to get work done and he was very hands on even taking time on his weekends to come over and help me with home selling projects. I would recommend Jeff to anyone. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market and deployed excellent strategies to get my home sold for the highest price. He has a great business sense and strong inter-personal skills that help him develop solid relationships with others involved in completing my sale transaction in a competitive marketplace.

Over the years, I have worked with more than half a dozen real estate agents to buy and sell homes. I can say with confidence that Jeff has been the best by a wide margin. He is in a different league. Until we worked with Jeff, we didn't realize what a difference a good agent can make to the home buying/ selling experience.We hired Jeff to sell our house that had been on the market already for six months. After we switched to Jeff the weekly showings went up significantly, in spite of the summer selling season being over. He updated the house pictures and advertised in lot more places, resulting in more showings. We were out of town while our house was listed. Jeff babysat our house and would look after it to make sure everything was in good condition. If something needed to be fixed he would arrange for the right person to come and fix the problem.After showings, he would personally follow up with the potential buyers and their agents to get feedback. Once we got an offer on the house, the buyer's inspection came up with a long list of things to be fixed in the house. Jeff went way beyond expectations to take care of those things and get them fixed in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost while staying in touch with the buyer to keep up their enthusiasm. He has a wonderful team - attorney, various tradesmen ... he works with to get the deal across the line.I would strongly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to sell their house.

I bought and sold a home with Jeff Stainer in 2017. It's his attention to detail and knowledge about homes that set him apart. He understands the in's and out's of a home to the point where he could have his own home remodeling service. I needed several updates to my home after my home inspection and he handled most of them himself. If he couldn't do it himself, he had his team of people complete the work.
