Jeff Berg. There's nothing else to say except he is the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. We met him while we were just putting our toes in the water and thinking about buying a home during an open house. While we weren't specifically looking for representation at that moment, we immediately knew that Jeff was the person to help us find our home. Jeff's patience must be unconditional as he showed us home after home with nothing but positive energy. We finally found what we were looking for and he guided us through the whole process. This being our first time buying a home, it could not have been an easier process with Jeff. When we went to sell that first home, he helped us with the set up and gave us great advice to maximize its appeal. As far as dollars and cents (and time), he listed on Saturday and had 7 offers on the table, all well above list, for us to choose from by Sunday evening. Barely 36 hours had passed. We are now in the process of finding our next home and of course we are using Jeff. There will never be a time while we are in Central Ohio where we don't go to him to buy or sell a home. Jeff is a gem and a rarity in today's world. I honestly cannot recommend him enough.

When we met with Jeff to help sell our house, we told him 2 things. We wanted to get the most out of our house and we wanted a fast closing. Jeff helped deliver exactly what we wanted and walked us through every step of the way. On top of that, we walked away with even more equity from the sale then we thought thanks to his advice! He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends and even helped us go over offers and accept a contract on a holiday). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly (and we had a lot of questions). He kept us calm during a stressful situation (selling our house). He has in-depth knowledge of housing price points and we sold our house for over asking price!!!

After working with many realtors that failed to get a deal sealed, working with Jeff was a whole new experience. My buying situation was unique and Jeff worked very diligently through all the challenges to make sure I was going to close the deal successfully. He had to maintain consistent communication between me the buyer, sellers, mortgage lenders and listing agent. He took on several responsibilities to make the processes more efficient even if that meant extra work for him.
